What we collect

• Account info: your email address and password (handled securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your raw password).

• Profile info you provide: age, height, weight, sex, activity level, and fitness goals — used to calculate your calorie and nutrition targets.

• Activity you log: food entries, workout sessions and sets, body weight over time, and liquid intake.

• Optional photos and videos: if you choose to attach a progress photo or video to a weight entry, we store that file. This is entirely optional and never required to use the app.

• Content you post: anything you write or share in the community blog or Pro Chat, visible to other users of those features.

What we don’t collect

We do not access your location. We do not use advertising SDKs and do not track you across other apps or websites — there is no ad-tracking prompt because there is nothing to opt into.

Device permissions

• Camera: used to scan food barcodes and to take progress photos/videos, only when you choose to.

• Photo library: used only if you choose to attach an existing photo instead of taking a new one.

How your data is used

Your data is used solely to provide the app’s features to you: calculating your nutrition targets, tracking your progress, calculating your workout rank, and showing your posts/messages to other users where you’ve chosen to share them (blog and chat). We do not sell your data.

Who can see your data

Your food logs, workout logs, weight history, and photos/videos are private to you. Blog posts and chat messages are visible to other members of those specific features, as expected. Our administrator can view and remove content that violates our community guidelines.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account, inside the app. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
